We operate as a digital-only marketplace. Our inventory consists exclusively of intangible, downloadable products such as e-books, eTextbooks, software, digital art, and other electronic content. Due to the nature of these goods, our refund policy differs from those of physical product retailers.

Digital Nature of Products
Once a digital product is added to your cart and purchase is finalized, it is considered “delivered” and in the customer’s possession indefinitely. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. This policy is in line with both EU and US regulations regarding digital content.
